La Perla Nails and Spa – Salon Policies Summary At La Perla Nails and Spa, we are dedicated to providing a clean, professional, and relaxing experience for every client. To help maintain a consistent and respectful environment, we kindly ask all clients to review our salon policies before booking. Hygiene Standards Your safety is our top priority. Our salon is thoroughly cleaned daily, and all tools are sterilized between clients. We use high-quality, skin-safe products and disposable liners to ensure a hygienic experience. Appointments & Walk-Ins Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Please arrive on time—after a 10-minute grace period, your slot may be given to another guest. If running late, call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Cancellation Policy We ask for at least 4 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings. Missed appointments without notice may limit your ability to book during peak times. Refunds & Redos We do not offer refunds once services are completed. If you're not satisfied, please speak with us before leaving or contact us within 3 days. We’ll gladly make corrections free of charge if the issue is related to the original service. Gratuities & Payments Tips are appreciated and may be given in cash or added to your card payment. We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash—but not personal checks. Pricing & Promotions Service prices are clearly listed, with extra charges for custom nail art or designs. Ask your technician for a quote before beginning. Promotions may be available for students and families but cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate, aggressive behavior, appears intoxicated, or has health conditions that may risk others. Our priority is maintaining a safe and respectful space for all. Personal Belongings Please keep your belongings with you, as La Perla Nails and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
