Nail Salon Policies – La Perla Nails and Spa

At La Perla Nails and Spa, we are committed to providing every client with a professional, comfortable, and hygienic salon experience. To ensure consistency and fairness, we ask that all clients review our policies before booking an appointment or visiting the salon. These guidelines are in place to protect your time, our team, and the high standards we uphold every day.

Hygiene Standards

Your health and safety are our top priorities. Our salon is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized every day. All tools are disinfected and sterilized between clients, and technicians follow strict hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.

We use high-quality, skin-safe products and disposable liners where applicable to further ensure your protection and comfort.

Appointments and Walk-Ins

Appointments are recommended to ensure timely service, but walk-ins are always welcome based on availability.

  • You can book online or by calling (502) 389-3525.

  • Please arrive on time. We allow a 10-minute grace period before your appointment may be given to another client.

  • If you are running late, we encourage you to call the salon so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • Please provide at least 4 hours’ notice.

  • Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.

  • Missed appointments without notice may affect your ability to book during peak times.

Refunds and Redos

Client satisfaction is extremely important to us.

​

  • We do not offer refunds on services once they have been completed.

  • If you are not satisfied with your nails, please let us know before leaving the salon or contact us within 3 days.

  • We will gladly offer a correction at no additional charge if the issue is related to the service performed.

Gratuities and Payment Methods

Tips are never required but always appreciated. You may tip your technician in cash or include gratuity when paying by card.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.

  • We do not accept personal checks.

Pricing and Promotions

Our service prices are listed clearly, and additional charges may apply for add-ons such as nail art, extensions, or intricate designs.

  • Ask your technician for a price quote before beginning a custom design.

  • Student and family promotions may be available—ask during booking or in person.

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise noted.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Displays disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior

  • Appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Has visible health conditions that may pose a risk to others

 

Our team works hard to maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere for all guests and staff.

Personal Items and Belongings

While we strive to maintain a secure and safe environment, La Perla Nails and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times.
